Novice bird handlers can swoop down to the grounds of Stratford Manor to learn the tenets of falconry from a seasoned tutor. Visitors can handle birds of prey such as Egan the peregrine falcon or Alfie the great horned owl, learn about the history of falconry, and receive practical instruction.
