Within these two sessions you will gain the confidence and knowledge to use the gym more effectively.
This package can be expanded to 3 sessions or more after our initial 1 to 1 training has begun.
Three personal training sessions
Three personal training sessions to really build up some confidence within the gym environment.
These sessions are tailored to you in a 1 to 1 session at personal training gym. There are no members at this gym, only private sessions which will allow you to feel confident while learning new skills.
These sessions are not just for beginners, they are also to help someone that may have had a lapse in their own gym routine and need some guidance to return back to the training they love.
No matter what your aims or goals are I shall provide you with the guidance, support and motivation needed to get you there. During my own personal experience within training I have developed my knowledge and understanding of just what it takes to get where you want to be in fitness. After my own goals of gaining muscle mass while keeping lean I know it’s no easy challenge. I’ve been right where you are now and empathize with just how hard it can be to get out of that starting block and importantly keep going! Let me help you with my personal years of experience to lose that body fat, improve fitness, tone up and get that lean muscle mass!
