Aspiring chefs can learn the art of Thai cooking during a three-hour class from Saraphee Thai Catering. Participants will have a choice of a menu to test their culinary skills, with options covering noodles, fish or desserts. The interactive session will take place under the watchful eye of a professional Thai chef, and runs on Saturdays and Sundays from their Wallsend base.

Saraphee Thai Catering offers catering services for private and corporate events, alongside classes in the art of Thai cooking. Party dishes on offer consist of authentic dishes hailing from Northern Thailand, including curries, soups, stir fries, noodles and desserts. In addition, students can participate in one-off lessons or a series of classes, at home and in the Newcastle kitchens, learning how to whip up a Thai feast of their own.
