Groupon Asks Wesley Jameson, owner of Segway NI to tell us more about segways.
What’s it like to ride a Segway?
Segways are very easy to use. They have no brakes or accelerator, but are operated by small shifts of body weight. The top speed is 13mph, though we have a safety setting of 6mph to make sure first-time riders feel safe. The feeling of riding segways is what got me hooked – a sheer gliding sensation.
What are the advantages of using a segway? Its quicker, easier, and more fun to enjoy the great areas of the city.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes, we also offer birthday, hen, stag and wedding packages, corporate and team building events and private hire, as well as marketing and PR services.
