- Made with a selection of botanicals grown by the distillers themselves
- Base spirit for Sharish gin is made with a mixture of molasses, rice and wheat
- Distilled with juniper, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, coriander, apples, oranges and lemon verbena
- Warming, with gently spiced notes, earthy coriander and sweet hints of fruit that lingers on the palate
Sharish Blue Magic Gin:
- Alcohol content: 40% ABV
- Bottle size: 50cl (500ml)
- Dusky purple-pink colour
- Clitoria Ternatea flower colours it without the use of artificial additives
- Addition of tonic changes the pH levels and the varying shades depend on which tonic is used
- Colour-changing properties
- Smooth with a unique fruity aroma and citrus taste
