Located in Mailbox mall in central Birmingham, Shogun welcomes connoisseurs and the curious alike to sample their take on traditional Japanese cuisine. The modern interior is home to a noodle bar and ‘sushi train’ conveyor belt for customers who love to pick and choose fresh plates for themselves. A more spectacular mode of dining can be found at the teppanyaki tables where highly skilled chefs dazzle onlookers as they cook their meals on a hot plate right in front of them, slicing and dicing their way through an impressive interactive performance.
