The Merchant
The Shoulder of Mutton's foodie endeavours saw it awarded Food Pub of the Year at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival 2012. Traditional British dishes make up the menu, crafted at the hands of head chef Chris Yates, a Gordon Ramsay scholarship finalist. The pub itself is an 18th century inn with a fireplace for winter and beer garden for the summer months. On the drinks front, customers can try their taste buds on global wines and cask-conditioned ales from local microbreweries.
