The Deal
The beginners’ 2.5-hour chocolate-making course takes attendees through the ins and outs of chocolate creation, with plenty of tasting along the way. Samples from around the world will be tasted, while budding chocolatiers can use hand-tempered chocolate to create their own designs. Instruction will also be given on how to make chocolate hearts and different types of moulds, before tasting a few more treats from Somersby’s luxury range.

The team has a solid commitment to luxury ingredients and skillful production, and delights in creating treats such as brownies, chocolate crumble, lollies, and decadent cakes. The Somersby experts pass their sweet skills onto members of the public, offering courses in hand-tempering, piping ganache, as well as the arduous task of taste testing.
