Inductions are available on request and those in need of a little more structure can opt for organised classes such as circuits, pilates and body blitz.

Sports Connexion is a multifaceted venue offering fitness and training with its variety of machinery and classes. Facilities include indoor spaces for netball, football, squash and badminton, with the venue also available for weddings, conferences and other functions.

Booking: Required by phone at least 2 weeks in advance. Present printed Groupon on arrival. 48-hour cancellation policy. No refunds or cancellations once first session has been taken.
Restrictions: Valid Mon-Fri 6.15am-10pm and Sat-Sun 8am-10pm. Must be 16 or older. Gym induction available on request. Fitness classes included. Not suitable for those with serious injuries or heart problems, please consult a doctor prior to exercising. Valid on option purchased only.
