No cancellations or reschedules permitted. Must be 14 or older. Must sign waiver. Self-certification medical form must be completed. Customers under 60 and in good health can sign of the form themselves. If over 60 or having some medical issues, a medical form countersigned by GP is required. Customer must also be fit enough to be able to run a few steps over rough ground. For disabled access special arrangements regarding equipment and assistance may be required; please call in advance for details. Equipment provided. Please wear warm clothing and gloves. Reasonably rugged footwear should be worn. Subject to weather; please call between 7.45am and 8.15am on the day of the experience to check if weather is fine for flying. Sometimes it may take 2 or 3 bookings before weather allows to fly. Sometimes weather may vary; if merchant is wrong in determining the weather suitable, experience will be rescheduled at no charge. £15 surcharge payable on the day as client must be a member of the British Hang-Gliding and Paragliding Association.
