This three-course Japanese feast will see a specialist chef whip up chosen dishes on a hot plate as diners look on with anticipation. Groups of two or four can choose starters such as mixed tempura (usually £9), a dobin mushi; shrimp, chicken and vegetable soup (£4.95), or crab California roll (£9.95). The main event can feature salmon with spring onions and ginger (£15.60), chicken with oriental veg (£17.35), or ozuyaki of beef sirloin, rolled and stuffed with garlic and mushrooms (£20). Each dish will be accompanied with fried rice (£3.95), while dessert offers a choice between ice cream or a fruit salad (both £3.65). Finally, each guest can make a toast to the dining experience with a shot of traditional sake each (£2.20).
