Worst spa day ever been on. Not got our booking when arrived so waited around half hour been called a a liar. Then went into pool kids swim on so had one tiny bit pool on and one Jacuzzi which needed wait ten min before next house hold use . So all we had was one ten min dip in a jacuzzi as other was broke. Dearest spa day been on and customer service shocking and there was no coffee and water machines had use cafe and pay water. Robes we had was in holes and fraying was horrendous. The afternoon tea well was terrible had even the egg mayo sandwich which had egg shell in which was sharp n crunched in my teeth had spit it out and just dumped filler on not fresh at all hard off been kept in fridge for ages. Then we had pay £5 for parking as they made us wait around so long to fit us in. Never ever use again sanwdwhich
