Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day! Delivery to mainland UK is usually next day between 8am and 10pm. For non-mainland areas, expect delivery in 48-72 hours. -

Every box has an allergen card, and ingredients are listed online. For serious allergies, reaching out for more info is recommended. -
Q | How should I store my brownies?
Store in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze them for later. Just thaw for 30 minutes before enjoying! -
Q | Do you use plastic?
No! All packaging is biodegradable or recyclable, including veggie-based bags that seal the brownies. -
Q | What notifications will I receive?
You’ll get two emails: one confirming your order, and another with your DHL tracking number. Be sure to check your junk folder. -
Q | Can you ship to BFPO addresses?
Packages cannot be shipped to BFPO addresses, but contact us if you want to ship to a Forces address. -
Q | How are the packages delivered?
Packages are delivered by DHL next-day service (for orders placed before 12pm). For non-mainland areas, delivery takes 48-72 hours. -
Q | How are deliveries handled?
DHL requires a signature on delivery. If it’s a gift, let the recipient know or arrange a safe spot for the package.

We post out using DHL's next day signed for delivery service within mainland UK, and DHL's 3 working day service for any areas out of mainland UK that we offer postage to eg Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and some areas of Scotland. We do not offer postage to Northern or Southern Ireland or Internationally.
Please note we do use a third party delivery, therefore on busy times, the delivery times may be extended to up to 3 working days for any area. Please ensure you order with plenty of time for your parcel to be received.
