On a visit The Bistro at Lympne Castle, diners can sample an array of meze morsels, enjoyed between effervescent sips of Prosecco (usually £5.95). The spread (£24.95) comprises the likes of houmous, olives, breads, vine tomatoes, crayfish and fish alongside different cured meats and speciality cheeses. A vegetarian alternative is also available including baked camembert, domadas, falafels and hummus.

The team offers tailored catering for weddings and other events, available at external locations or in the bistro, which boasts seating for up to 40. The eatery is open Monday to Saturday from 9am.
