The Big Day

The happy couple can celebrate their big day with hire of a room for the ceremony and wedding reception at The Bridge. A red carpet arrival sets the tone for the occasion, as 60 of the bride and groom's nearest and dearest arrive to be greeted with a welcome drink of Buck's Fizz, sangria, Pimm's, mulled wine, soft drink or kir cocktail. Guests will take their places, before being served a three-course wedding breakfast with wine followed by coffee and chocolates, accompanied by a glass of bubbly for toasting. When the speeches have been made and the cake has been cut, revelry will continue into the evening with the arrival of another 20 guests for a hog roast buffet. Party-goers can dance the night away, before the newly-weds retire to their suite on a bed and breakfast basis.

The Venue

The Bridge is a four star establishment with 37 bedrooms sitting in the Yorkshire countryside. The Courtyard Restaurant serves up traditional dishes and a Sunday carvery, whilst drinks and light bites can be enjoyed in Bryon Bar. Guests can indulge themselves in the hotel's spa facilities, encompassing a sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub. The venue also caters to weddings, events and conferences.
