Within walking distance of Blackpool Tower this magnificent Victorian hotel provided an excellently cooked meal in a superb dining room. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Afternoon tea very nice, but disappointed because it was served in a lounge. first time we went it was in the palm court restaurant it was a lot better .

Afternoon tea is superb. We have been numerous times but this visit was disappointing. The hotel was full and we were aqueezed into The Derby room on makeshift tables. We would have much rather been told and could have re booked for another time. The staff were stressed as we're we. Shame.
