About The Lakes Distillery
Sitting by the Bassenthwaite Lake and surrounded by picturesque views of the Lake District, this distillery is located in a lovingly renovated Victorian model farm. Housing their operations for the production of whisky, gin & vodka, the site also has beautiful grounds and gardens, a tasting room, shop and Bistro. After learning more about the process of making spirits and sampling the goods, enjoy some delicious food and then spend the rest of the day exploring the site and surrounding tranquillity.
