A smattering of sophisticated treats can brighten up trips to The Lounge at The Cube, in the shape of a classic afternoon tea (usually £15 each) for two or four people. The Merchant
The Lounge is located in the club and spa of Birmingham's landmark locale The Cube. Boasting waterfront views, art-deco furniture and wooden wall panels, The Lounge serves a selection of deli meals from 8.30am to 7pm. Its outer building, The Cube, was designed by award-winning architect Ken Shuttleworth, who also worked on London's Gherkin and the Hong Kong airport. The building's central atrium features a portfolio of contemporary art, and the car park gives visitors easy access to its city centre location, as well as to the Mailbox shopping centre
