Trained hands will seek to mobilise muscles, fascia, nerves and joints during a sports massage lasting 45 minutes. The session is suitable for those with active lifestyles who could do with some help releasing built-up tension and stress. Alternatively, customers can opt for a one-hour osteopathy session, beginning with a consultation for discussing medical history and lifestyle, in order to share any possible underlying causes. A physical exam is then completed to assess posture, mobility, joints, ligaments and soft tissues. The osteopath will report on their findings and discuss an option treatment plan based on the results, with a 10% discount offered on return appointments if booked on the day.
