A two-course Sunday lunch at The Quorn Country Hotel may begin with a starter such as a parsnip and apple veloute, chicken terrine or creamy Stilton mushroom pot. For the main course, patrons may tuck into roast topside of beef served with duck fat roast potatoes, garlic and herb Yorkshire pudding and pan jus, shoulder of lamb served with duck fat roast potatoes, garlic and herb Yorkshire pudding, and minted jus, or risotto verde with peas, creme fraiche and pea puree.
