The Royal in Barugh Green Barnsley, originally a 19th Century Coaching Inn, was re-opened in December 2013 after an extensive refurbishment both internally & externally, with roaring real fires in the winter and a large beer garden for the summer. Combining a unique, authentic Tapas menu served in the stylish yet informal bar area or in our dining restaurant. Our Tapas dishes have quickly won a glowing reputation as "the best outside of Spain". The restaurant & bar serves only the very best of locally-sourced produce & delicacies directly imported from Spain, cooked to perfection, in a relaxed atmosphere. Our Tapas menu features a delicious range of traditional and unique Spanish-style Tapas, and can either be shared or taken as individual meals, and is served from Wednesday to Sunday.
