What's their history?
The Swan is a beautiful listed building, and was the first original coach house in Thornbury. It was fully refurbished in September 2011, but still retains many of its original features, such as the original flagstones where the horses were tied to the coach house.
How is the pub decked out?
The pub boasts a traditional bar area fitted with a dart board, 50” wide screen television, and a cosy log burner. There is an upstairs function room, licensed for up to 100 people. The back area features a skittle alley, beer garden and BBQ area.
What is served in the pub?
Everyone’s needs are catered for, including any special dietary requirements. Dishes are seasonal, so the menu changes regularly, but diners can expect a traditional pub menu, served seven days a week. There are daily specials, including curries, steaks, and pies. The drinks menu features specialty cask ales, local ciders and wine.
