Guests can take the weight off their shoulders - and the rest of their body - in a flotation tank (usually £30) designed to achieve deeper relaxation for the body and mind. The tanks, which are filled with warm Epsom salt water, aim to increase sulphate and magnesium levels in the body and the hour-long session encourages a reduction in muscle tension. An optional facial and 30-minute massage for the back, neck and shoulders (both £20) is also available for those eager to prolong the relaxation.

Choose from the following options:

• £15 for a one-hour flotation session (50% off)

• £30 for a one-hour flotation session plus back, neck and shoulder massage and facial (57% off)
