What is laser lipolysis?
This treatment aims to help shape body curves using specially designed laser technology. A paddle is placed on a specific area of the body such as the stomach, lower arms or thighs.
What happens at sessions?
A consultation will be held to discuss the treatment and raise any questions. The sessions will then be performed, with 48 hours being left between them.
What aftercare is involved?
For best results, clients must perform cardiovascular exercise after each session; for example, go for a light jog or use vibration plates. It is also important to combine the laser treatment with a healthy diet and active lifestyle.
What is an infrared weight management treatment?
This 60-minute treatment is designed to aid customers in their weight management goals. It aims to cleanse the body, improve skin tone and elasticity. Often lowering blood pressure and improving circulation, the treatment aims to boost the immune system and helps to rebuild injured tissues. Other benefits include relaxation and relieving pain.
What is thermo inch body wrap?
Thermo inch body wrap aims to shape body curves thanks to a combination of a thermal gel and a body wrap.
What happens at the sessions?
After a consultation and measuring, the therapist proceeds to apply thermal gel into selected areas of treatment. The areas are then firmly wrapped with a bandage, which helps the gel to penetrate into deeper layers of the skin. The client then lies down for about 60 minutes, after which measurements are taken again.
What to do before the treatment?
Clients are advised to avoid eating a large meal or drinking alcohol before the session.
What aftercare is involved?
It is advised to drink a lot of water and to avoid large meals, as well as cigarettes and alcohol. Healthy eating and exercise are advised between the sessions.
