- Maximum weight: not weigh more than 21 stone/130kg/286lbs
- Maximum measurements: maximum waist measurement 125cm, maximum upper thigh measurement 75cm
- Remember those that are under 18s must be with an adult (18 or above).
- Minimum age: 8 years old. 8 - 17 years – 1 adult to 5 minors.
- U18s, please ensure your booking includes the relevant ratios of adults to children.
- You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers cannot be admitted.
- Climb times are subject to availability.

If the notice period is more than 48 hours in advance of the climb date and time, the cost is £5 per ticket.
If the notice period is within 48 hours and up to the date and time of your climb, the cost is £15 per ticket.
We can’t reschedule if the climb is taking place or has occurred.
Rescheduled bookings must be within 3 months of the original date, but no later than 30 June 2024.
Each time a booking is rescheduled, the appropriate fee applies.
No reschedule within 2 hours of the climb time or if the climb has taken place
Event Times: every 15 minutes. You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers cannot be admitted
