Traveler Pickup Information
Guests can book a pickup from anywhere in the City Centre, Central London, South West London, or any of London’s five major airports. Please note that pickups from Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City airports may incur a small additional charge.
For airport pickups, we require the flight number and full pickup address, whether it’s a residential property or hotel. For cruise pickups, the cruise name is also required.
Once your booking is placed, we’ll contact you within 0-6 hours to confirm the booking.
