Highlights
The tour takes you around some of the more interesting sights of the beautiful city of Newcastle. On it you will hear about the history of the city from the Iron Age to present day, and also about some of the city's more interesting characters. The tour is approximately 3.5km (2.2 miles), does include some steps, road crossing, and some uneven pavement. Please come prepared according to the weather forecast for that day. About This Deal
Departure Point
- From December 1st 2023 NO TOURS will meet at Grey's Monument due to disruption from the Christmas market and from weekend demonstrations. After this date ALL TOURS will begin at Societe Cafe where the staff are selling hot drinks, including some festive mulled wine!

- The tour will end at the castle keep, near the High Level Bridge which has views over Newcastle's quayside.
