8. We have no control over any incidents that happen on the river that may cause a delay to the planned return time and do not accept any liabilities for expenses incurred and refunds will not be permitted.
9. Please be aware that you will be refused entry on the boat if you appear in any way to have consumed too much alcohol or drugs.
10. When queuing, we ask passengers to be orderly and respectful towards other passengers, the neighbouring businesses and residents. These are private venues/land and their entrances are not to be blocked, nor are their customer to be disturbed.
11. No drinks are permitted to be taken off the boat.
12. Vacate the Pier orderly and respectfully. Any damage or disturbance will not be tolerated. Passengers are to be aware that there is CCTV.
