Plates can be graced with Vietnamese fare from a selection of soups, noodles, dry noodles and rice dishes. Notable options may include the likes of fried spring rolls with rice noodles, salad and a side of fish sauce, with a vegetarian option also available; marinated barbecue lamb chops with rice; and a pho chicken noodle soup with chicken broth, scented cinnamon, cloves, coriander and star anise. Guests are also welcome to take along their own alcoholic drinks for a supplementary corkage fee of £1.50 per person.
