What is a dental filling?
Fillings are designed to restore teeth damaged by decay back to their normal function and shape. Materials used for fillings include gold, porcelain, or a composite resin in the colour of the tooth.
What happens at sessions?
A consultation may be required. If the client is found to be suitable, the filling will be installed at a subsequent treatment session. Radiographic images may be taken if deemed necessary.
What preparation is required?
Clients are advised to maintain good dental hygiene beforehand, possibly visiting a hygienist to ensure teeth are in optimum condition for dental work.
