The Deal
Diners are invited to enter into the Christmas spirit with a three-course lunch or evening meal (usually £21.95 per person). Alongside sips of mulled wine (£3.95), guests can tuck into starters including carrot and coriander soup, or oak smoked salmon mousse. No Christmas meal is complete without a traditional roast turkey served with all the trimmings, although other options include a butternut squash, chestnut and rosemary risotto, or a Welsh lamb henry. Rounding off the meal is a choice of dessert, such as a Christmas pudding lavished in brandy sauce, or marbled chocolate cheesecake. Before leaving, guests will also be treated to a round of mini mince pies, alongside a tea or coffee.

The Merchant
We Three Loggerheads is a 17th century coaching inn, which has been lovingly renovated in keeping with its historical background. Ceiling beams, wooden benches and arch windows sit alongside contemporary touches including leather upholstered chairs and airy tones. The restaurant can be found opposite the entrance to the Loggerheads Country Park at the centre of the Clwydian range of hills. Entertainment is regularly provided by live bands, while free Wi-Fi can be enjoyed throughout the building.
