- 100 tablets per pack
- One tablet, three times a day, usually at mealtimes
- Do not take more than the recommended dose
- Do not use Adios Max in case of:
- Thyroid disorder
- Allergy to any of the ingredients or to iodine (each tablet contains 144 micrograms of iodine)
- Elderly or under 18 years of age
- Taking anticoagulant treatments
- Taking any other medicines or dietary supplements containing iodine
