Hosta fortunei var. albopicta:
- Broad, creamy-yellow, heart-shaped leaves with green margins
- Mauve flowers on leafy stems in July

Hosta 'Wide Brim' (AGM):
- Heart-shaped, puckered dark green-blue leaves with a cream margin
- Pale lavender flowers from June to July
