The installion instructions did not work as described and for some reason I now have Office 365 rather than Office 2019 installed. No sign of the promised course. Rang customer service 3 days ago and they promised to ring back but haven't so far. It waa cheap and I do have Office 365 but I did not receive what was advertised.

No comment on learning as not started yet. At 5pm on 18 Aug they sent an email with code & instructions to download/install software also purchased. Having read that, emailed their support team a couple of questions at noon on 19 Aug. Hadn't got reply by AM on 20 Aug (that would be my only criticism) so rang them and they took me through the process. Already started familiarising with the software so should be ready to start the training soon.
