How to Use Your Adidas Gift Card from Groupon (UK)

 

Congratulations on your Adidas gift card purchase! This guide will help you redeem your voucher and start shopping.

 

What You'll Receive

 

Your purchase includes TWO gift cards:

  • Regular Gift Card: £50 or £100 (depending on the option you purchased) - Valid for 3 years from purchase date
  • Promotional Gift Card: £10 or £20 (depending on the option you purchased) - Valid until April 26, 2026

 

Step 1: Access Your Voucher

 

Via Website:

  1. Visit www.groupon.co.uk/mygroupons
  2. Find your Adidas gift card purchase
  3. Click "View Details"
  4. Print or save your voucher

Via Groupon App:

  1. Open the Groupon app
  2. Go to "My Purchases"
  3. Select your Adidas gift card
  4. View your voucher code

 

Step 2: Find Your Gift Card Details

 

Your voucher will show a code in this format:

GC_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-Pin_YYYY-

Promo_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-Pin_yyyy

 

You need:

  • 19-digit Gift Card Number: The X's after "GC_"
  • 4-digit PIN: The Y's after "Pin_"
  • Copy only the numbers without spaces or other characters.

 

Second, you need your Promotional Gift Card details:

  • 19-digit Promotional Gift Card Number: The X's after "Promo_"
  • 4-digit PIN: The y's after "Pin_"

(Note: In the same Voucher Code you have both the regular and promotional gift card with the same format)

 

Step 3: Shop at Adidas

 

You can use your gift card in three ways:

  • 🌐 Online: Visit www.adidas.co.uk
  • 📱 Adidas App: Download and shop via the mobile app
  • 🏬 In Store: Visit any Adidas physical retail location in the UK

 

Once on the website or app:

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your delivery address
  4. Select your shipping method
  5. Continue to the payment page

 

Step 4: Apply Your Gift Card and your Promotional Gift Card

 

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please ignore the "Promotional Code" field and use the “Gift Card” field instead!

 

To use your Gift Card and Promotional gift card:

  1. In the payment section, select "Gift card" as your payment method
  2. Enter your 19-digit number.
  3. Enter your 4-digit PIN
  4. Click "Redeem gift card"

💡 Good to know:

  • You can use up to 5 gift cards in a single purchase
  • The redemption process is the same for both regular and promotional cards
  • Simply repeat the steps above for each additional card you want to use
  • If your gift card balance is higher than your cart total, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card for future purchases

 

  1. If your purchase exceeds your total gift card balance, add another payment method to cover the difference
  2. Click "Place Order" to complete your purchase

Important Terms & Policies

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your gift card purchase, please contact Groupon Customer Support.

⚠️ Important cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellations can only be processed within 14 days after the purchase date
  • If any of the gift cards have been used (either partially or completely - including both the regular and promotional cards), the purchase cannot be cancelled at any time

 

Promotional Gift Card Refunds

If you withdraw from your contract and return a product purchased using a promotional gift card, the promotional gift card value used will be refunded by Adidas by reissuing a promotional gift card with the original expiry date.

 

Troubleshooting

 

❌ "Gift card not working"

  • Check: Are you entering it in the "Gift card" payment option (NOT the promotional code field)?
  • Check: Did you enter all 19 digits correctly?
  • Check: Did you include the 4-digit PIN?
  • Check: Is your promotional card still valid? (expires April 26, 2026)

 

❌ "Code not recognized"

  • Copy and paste the numbers carefully to avoid typos
  • Don't include "GC_" or "Pin_" — only enter the numbers
  • Make sure you're using the correct card (regular or promotional)

 

❌ "Card balance insufficient"

  • Check your remaining balance using the link above
  • Add another payment method to cover the difference

 

❌ "Can't find my voucher"

  • Log into Groupon and check "My Purchases" or "My Groupons"
  • Check your email for the purchase confirmation
  • Contact Groupon customer support if you still can't locate it
