Suitable for those who are time-strapped, you can follow the routine at home in your front room, or dial it up with additional weights and resistance at the gym. There’s ten exercises in total, designed to be performed for one minute each. Once you’ve done all 10, take a two minute break before repeating to get a total body workout in just over 20 minutes.
