What is Snozone?
An indoor winter wonderland for skiers and snowboarders alike offering real snow in a controlled environment 364 days a year. The staff use 16 snow-making cannons to spread a real snowfall. The 1,500 tonnes of snow in the centres is groomed twice a day to keep the piste in tip-top shape.

What type of fun can be had there?
A range of activities suitable for all ages and abilities starts with skiing and snowboarding, and carries through to freestyle terrain, sledges and ice slide tubes. Children's parties are available all year round and Snocamps entertain children throughout the school holidays.

What can customers expect from a level one lesson?
Skiing rookies will be taught the skills of balancing on their poles and controlling their descent in a snowplough position, while boarders can get some heel and toe-edge sliding action. The main focus is on mastering the skills necessary to completing runs in a safe and controlled manner.

Are there any other facilities?
A Snobar and Café gives panoramic views of the slope and is open every day until 10pm or 11pm depending on the time of year. Toilets, changing rooms and lockers provide a comfortable and secure option for storing clothes, while showers can be used to soothe sore muscles at the end of a long session on the hill.
