Meat comes in many different shapes and sizes at Rodizio Brazil, where the unmistakeable sound of knives brushing against skewers gets mouths watering for freshly carved delights. Rump steak, pork loin and beef ribs are just three of the 15 meats making their rounds to each table, accompanying sides such potato salad, olives and veg. The sitting lasts up to two hours and is topped off with a dessert and cocktail each.

G: How does the dining experience work?
The restaurant is an authentic churrascaria, where meats are roasted over a Brazilian grill on skewers. Diners use a disk that's red on one side, green on the other to alert the waiters – or passadors – that they’re ready for more meat. The passadors then bring over the skewers and carve up the selected meat tableside. 
G: What meats are available?
There are 15 meats on offer, with a wide variety of cuts, such as the rump, sirloin, ribs and flank steak. Aside from beef, there’s the lamb leg, chilli chicken, sausages, and even chicken hearts.
G: What about side dishes?
To go with the meat, there is a salad bar with a huge variety of dishes. These are served buffet style, so guests can help themselves to whatever they prefer. There are also other sides, such as chips and black beans available.
