The place was nice. However the waiting time for the treatment was quite long, as it was busy and there was only 2 therapists. I felt like the treatment was kinda rushed as well, could of been done a bit better. Also would have preffered more instructions/explanation of the treatment and of what was happening.
Overall it was a nice and relaxing experience.
What a secret gem in South London.
The treatments are fantastic
Great experience with very professional young lady that knew what she was doing and explained what she was doing as she went along. I felt totally relaxed and well pampered. Would definately go again, and to the same venue.

the spa was booked and unfortunately events meant we had to try and rearrange , unfortunately once it was booked they would not allow us to change the date , very inflexible and meant we lost the Groupon deal ,a very expensive non event !!!
A lovely relaxing experience

This definitely would not have been worth £70. A cursory scrub and no hair mask as advertised. Rather disappointing.
I would not recommend spending any money in this Hammam. The changing room was busy so our treatment started late, the actual Hammam room was cold and, other than the warm water it was rather unpleasant. I said several times I was cold but nothing was done to rectify the temperature. The massage lasted no more than 10 minutes which again was rather disapointing. The length of the stone bed was not right and my feet were hanging out throughout the massage treatment. Again, no alternative was offered. The changing room was a tiny locker room with no mirrors and one chair only. There was only one hairdryer which was in a corridor, so I had to dry my hair, wrapped up in a wet towel in the corridor whilst my friend got dressed, this was really inadequate and, whilst some of the rooms are nicely decorated, having been in real hammams, this is far from the real deal and not acceptable. I would not recommend spending any money on this place.
