Appointment procedure dreadful. 1st appointment for 1pm on a bank holiday. Offered to me as usually closed and it would be quiet. Yes, it was quiet all right but someone else was booked in at the same time and I had to wait until 2.50pm to get my eyebrows started. Someone else waltzed in and sat on the couch talking away to Alexa and the other therapist. No real privacy here - completely open and Alexa did leave several times to talk to the client on the couch and someone on the phone. Was shocked with the colour of my brows when finished. They looked almost black and I have got a lot of blonde through my hair. Alexa said it was medium brown and they would lighten less than 50 per cent. Almost 3 months on hardly any movement in colour and there is a difference between the 2 brows. I'm so conscious that I don't know how I would have coped if I had not have had a fringe. Back for the top up over 3 weeks later and was given the 1st appointment of the day because of my wait the last time. Ha! when I got there there there were already TWO people planked on the couch raring to go. I did not get past the door. Alexa apologised profusely and offered me a Sunday or evening appointment at my convenience. I had travelled some 20 miles to get there and had made arrangements, so my head was not in a good place to reply except to say I'd be in touch. After a few days I made the appointment to return for my final visit after work at 5.45. When I arrived - yes you have guessed right - someone was there for their eyebrows also. I was exasperated, but the lady kindly let me go ahead and I finally got away around 7.15. I would never repeat that scenario again ever as it is professionalism at its worst!
