About AR Krav Maga Self Defence Training

Krav Maga Self Defence Training sets out to promote the eponymous self-defense system in Norfolk. Developed for the military forces of Israel, krav maga classes can be used to boost the general fitness or learn ways to protect oneself in dangerous and difficult situations. The team welcome participants of all abilities and no previous experience is required.
