Beachgoers can stop by The Bok Shop, located only a step away from the Brighton Palace Pier. They may choose between an outdoor and indoors bench sitting, with an inside dining room charming visitors with the rustic, half-finished decor. The unpainted wooden furniture and panelled floor add to the atmosphere created by the lightning bulbs hanging from the ceiling on uncovered wires. The restaurant invites its patrons to bite into a selection of chicken, vegetarian or vegan burgers. A rich selection of soft and alcoholic drinks waits to complement the meal.
Tasty burger, cafe style atmosphere rather than restaurant. Sides pricey.
Excellent service - quick and very friendly. The vegan burger and the chips were both brilliant.
Attentive and quick service. Tasty and varied food on offer- some of the things are more interesting than the usual fare.
Superb service... succulent chicken. Try the Frickles... Would have been 5 stars but without my Groupon voucher would have been quite expensive? 🤔
Yeah good was fantastic and the staff were friendly even though a little bit frantic from time to time with orders and such.
Nice burger and chips but the beer is not a pint but a small bottle of beer.
Quick service and friendly staff.
Fantastic value for money, great service and delicious food
Service was fantastic! Unfortunately, the food was just average. Ordered the hot as cluck burger and it had no spice at all. Wings were much better than the burger.
Our welcome experience from one of the waitresses was quite intense, appreciate she was busy but we almost felt like apologising for stepping into the restaurant. When they arrived our vegan burgers looked absolutely nothing like the pictures used to advertise them on Groupon, which was disappointing. They were a bit flat, beige and sad looking, and only had one leaf of lettuce, not the abundance of colour/veggies as promised in the pictures. Chips were a bit cold... not an amazing experience, sorry guys.
Good food in a relaxing rn
