I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their staff were rude and treated me poorly because I booked through Groupon. The constant upselling was extremely annoying. To make matters worse, they cancelled my appointment without any notice, and when I arrived, there was no apology or effort to fix the situation. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and borderline scam-like. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Booking was easy, they do try and sell you more sessions at a discounted price but this is normal, you only have to say no. Staff at Leeds very helpful and polite. I can’t wait for the results.

Beware you can’t use voucher without booking 12+ sessions which are too expensive.
