Dr. B explained in detail the procedure and results I might expect. During the treatment he informed me of the progress. I appreciated his gentle approach.

As a carer of a disabled child, it was lovely to do something for myself and thanks to Groupon and Dr B Aesthetics it made it affordable to have a treatment. The clinic was a short walk from Addenbrooke's, so used the guided bus, which made it all easy to get to and find. Dr B was very nice. He listened to any concerns and recommended and talked through treatments. It was a nice experience and I would recommend.

Worst experience ever. Be aware that this treatment can be extremely painful. I later found out that I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t cope with the pain, which felt like an electric shock. To make matters worse, the therapist refused to provide any sort of refund, insisting that his time was spent with me regardless of whether I could actually benefit from the treatment. This was both disappointing and unprofessional. Honestly, don’t waste your money—at least not here!

Sadly I missed my appointment as I couldn’t find the location. Please be aware there are two companies with the almost the same name on the same street offering the same services . The company wouldn’t allow me to rebook. Very disappointed as very misleading
