Most of stay was great but one of the hotel receptionists' customer service handling was extremely poor. Sent me from pillar to post trying to find an answer to a question i had. For me to then be told to return to front desk to where i had started! Plus made me feel quite stupid saying 'you are the only person who has ever had a problem with this!'. Waited 45 mins for breakfast to be replenished
