I asked Groupon to remove my review previously after a malicious response and personal attack sent from this owner, Leanne Reilly Hairdressing. She has threatened me with police, slander, and closure of my business instead of accepting a negative review. Also saying I stalked her and her team, complete delusional behavior. After visiting her salon I sent my complaint along with pictures within an hour of leaving as I looked closer at my brassy, roots that had bled on to my scalp. I was met with her guidelines of when I should return which only suited her and that she never gets complaints (look at google) After I sent a further 3 emails with suitable times within 3 days she ignored me. She claims I coloured my own hair in attempt to sabotage her reputation and that I leave fake reviews. Anything to detract from the fact she has given bad after service, blaming my overgrown roots and hormones on the colour lift result. Unprofessional, unapologetic and terrible service. She prefers to constantly brag about 'multi awards'...... rather than pay attention to her unhappy customers. I have now logged a complaint with Police Scotland, as I work by myself and feel threatened.
