We had an amazing time in our facial. The ladies were welcoming and very professional I had prabjhot who was lovely she gave me a good massage neck and head and good facial exfoliation Would highly recommend

Sadly this didn’t live up to my expectations. It felt as though hardly any products were used on my skin when it was called a luxury Elemis facial. There was nothing luxurious about this. Normally I feel the luscious cleansers/ and creams being massaged into my skin but sadly I didn’t have this experience, it just felt like a tiny amount of product was applied to the beauticians hands which was then “lost” before reaching my skin
