I have had 4 treatments cancelled over a 2 month period where clinic is continually blaming that their equipment is being servised.

Very clean and comfortable place. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Treatment was quite relaxing 😌

What an incredible offer this was!!!! I bought one for myself and one for my daughter and we were really surprised at how good the whole experience was. Plenty of parking nearby - a multi storey and a Sainsbury's car park, easy to find and in a good central location. These clinic itself is beautiful and absolutely spotless. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We went upstairs for our Facials and the rooms were warm and cosy and very relaxing. Our therapists asked if we would like to be talked through the products and applications or just to relax. We both opted to relax!!!! The products used were all professional products and smelt amazing and the therapists were both very knowledgeable and very experienced. We both had a massage while our face masks were in place too which was a great extra. It was wonderful, relaxing experience and our skin has been amazing since! We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
