About The Yoga Pilates Place
The team at The Yoga Pilates Place aim to focus on improving mind and body awareness, core strength and flexibility. Nine types of yoga are taught, including half trapeze, vinyasa, ashtanga and power pilates, and participants are encouraged to try the different sessions. The studio, situated just off the M8, also offer a range of beauty services, such as massage, facial, nail treatments and waxing.
