Absolute scam! Purchased this at Christmas for my elderly disabled mother. Booked for the tea at the beginning of February through groupon reservations as requested. On arrival staff turned my mother away saying there was no booking and they couldn’t rebook as they were closing down! Staff did not care at all and when I called I was told by staff at the tea room that it wasn’t their fault and I should ask groupon for a refund! DO NOT BOOK THIS TEA ROOM

Really lovely, unique pretty place. Used to going to the bigger chains for afternoon tea but this was so much better. Staff were helpful and friendly. The place was decorated simple but pretty. Food was really fresh and nice, had to take the cakes home it was really filling . Tried a specialty tea which was really nice "toffee apple". I would go back and even for lunch or just a drink.

Terrible! Hard stale scones, no cream. 3 small sandwiches, a tiny chocolate éclairs, 2 small pieces of cake. One of the worst afternoon teas I've had. I will not be going back.

Scones were slightly stale, they brought us fresh ones straight from the oven however they were too warm to enjoy.
