I bought my mother a voucher for full head of highlights and conditioner. Bought as it was in Essex . My mother paid a lot if money for her previous amazing highlights so she wanted add on. Unfortunately that day the hair dress was rushing between no less then 4 customers. My mother's orginal highlights were turned bright orange like Henna which looked very unnatural . The toner was kept in for an hour which us far to long and it ruined her orginals highlights . We were advised over the next few weeks of washing hair it would calm down but it has not 2 months on. The whole highlights took 4.5 hours not the 2.5 hours we were advised. Long waiting intervals as the lady was washing cutting other customers so did not pay attention and she looked stressed rushed and we had to keep asking her when you going to wash the toner off it's too long as we have our hair cuts regular so are familiar with the process . The whole experience really was terrible no personalised service lacked any customer care . The hair dresser did not focus or pay attention to customers requirements my mothers instructions were very clear . My mother was charged 20£ extra for a toners . We complained to the hair dressers days later once the highlights became more shocking after washing but they dismissed our claim. They lost our custom and we did complain to Groupon who gave us 8£ goodwill but the hair cut highlights cost around 70£. We have put our experience on social media to our 100,000s of followers for health and beauty groups. I'm very upset as my mother had amazing hair and highlights prior to coming here and they really ruined her hair and high lights .
